Helen qualified with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage (VTCT). Helen has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise therapy and sports massage/manual therapy. Her physiotherapy career has included NHS, private clinics, sports, occupational health and orthopaedics at the Spire hospital. 

Helen started her sporting career in gymnastics and trampolining and dancing, competing for the north of England at a young age. Helen has provided first aid, sports massage and physiotherapy advice at a number of sporting and charity events such as the Tour of Tameside, Soccer aid in 2017 and BBC Sport Relief 2017 & 2018. Helen enjoys fitness and weight training, holidays and day trips with friends

Hannah is a motivated and outgoing physiotherapist with a huge interest in musculoskeletal injuries. She is a distance runner and enjoys being able to help people get back to the sports and exercise they love. She also has a passion to help individuals manage their conditions through education and exercise. As well as this she loves educating people on the importance of strength and conditioning, Which she has a separate qualification in. She is currently training for a marathon so is very experienced in first hand running injuries.  

Chris is experienced and fully qualified in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Dry Cupping. He is also currently a trainee physiotherapist studying at The University of Salford. He like to keep himself fit and healthy in his spare time.
